In the bustling urban landscape of London, a three-storey semi-detached house emerges as a model of modern sustainable living.

At the core of this construction lies the Hempro system, with its 36 cm hemp blocks meticulously combined with a metallic structure, covering a total area of 240m². These blocks bring forth the benefits of thermal regulation, hydrometric control, and fire resistance, all the while being 100% natural and biosourced.

Cathie Curran, the architect, orchestrated the design, ensuring that the marriage between the industrial metallic framework and the organic hemp blocks harmonizes both strength and sustainability. Hub Construction Services, as the contractor, meticulously implemented this vision, shaping a structure that promises longevity and acoustic comfort.

The project is completed with a PCS natural interior finish, providing a sleek surface that's ready for painting and matches the building's modern design. The IsoHemp blocks make the house environmentally friendly and comfortable, fitting right in with London's lively scene.
