At the core of this construction lies the Hempro system, with its 36 cm hemp blocks meticulously combined with a metallic structure, covering a total area of 240m². These blocks bring forth the benefits of thermal regulation, hydrometric control, and fire resistance, all the while being 100% natural and biosourced.

Cathie Curran, the architect, orchestrated the design, ensuring that the marriage between the industrial metallic framework and the organic hemp blocks harmonizes both strength and sustainability. Hub Construction Services, as the contractor, meticulously implemented this vision, shaping a structure that promises longevity and acoustic comfort.

This project is capped off with a PCS natural interior coating, delivering a modern, ready-to-paint surface that echoes the building's innovative ethos. The use of IsoHemp blocks solidifies the dwelling's stance as a future-forward habitat, blending seamlessly into London's dynamic tapestry while offering a life of comfort within.
