A hemp block, strong convictions.

What convinced Olivier Beghin in the first place wasn’t just the technical properties of hemp — although there are many.

It was the ability of this material to meet several challenges at once: thermal and acoustic insulation, natural humidity regulation, living comfort...

All while being lightweight, bio-based, and easy to install.

Since then, the IsoHemp block has proven itself in both new builds and renovations, from single-family homes to large-scale collective projects, always guided by one idea: combining performance with a minimal environmental impact.

A factory powered by the sun… and common sense.

At IsoHemp, sustainability doesn’t stop at the product. It’s built into every stage of the process, right down to the factory floor.

35% of production runs on solar energy, waste is recovered and recycled, and wash water is treated for reuse in the production process.

“We’ve always aimed to produce cleanly, on a large scale, without waste. It’s our way of staying consistent with what we offer.”

Since its creation, the company has invested more than €15 million in developing this industrial model. And it’s only the beginning: an expansion is underway, adding three more hectares to meet growing demand in Belgium and abroad.

Building differently, here and beyond.

Today, IsoHemp generates 50% of its revenue outside Belgium. France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg…

Demand for bio-based solutions is accelerating, driven by new environmental regulations and a real shift in industry awareness.

Next step? Opening a second production site in France to meet rising demand and speed up the decarbonisation of the construction sector.
