The process consists of 4 subtle steps:
1. Mixing.
The raw materials (hemp, lime, and water) are precisely measured and mixed together.
2. Moulding.
The hemp concrete is then moulded into blocks using a special press, allowing block thicknesses ranging from 7.5 to 30 centimetres.

3. Hardening.
Once the blocks are removed from the mould, they are automatically conveyed to a temporary storage area so that the initial setting can occur, making them ready for handling. This natural air-drying requires no baking or additional energy input.
4. Palettisation.
Once the block is manageable, it is transferred again to a robotic arm that places it on pallets. The pallet is then ready for its open-air drying period, which lasts between 6 and 10 weeks, depending on the thickness of the produced blocks.
After this period, the pallet is ready to be shipped to the construction site to become part of your projects.
