In the vibrant urban landscape of London, a three-storey townhouse stands out as a model of modern and sustainable living.
At the heart of this construction is the Hempro system, with its 36 cm hemp blocks meticulously combined with a metal structure, covering a total area of 240m². These blocks offer the benefits of thermal regulation, moisture control, and fire resistance, while being 100% natural and bio-sourced.
Architect Cathie Curran orchestrated the design, ensuring that the blend of the industrial metal structure and the organic hemp blocks harmonises both strength and durability. Hub Construction Services, as the contractor, meticulously implemented this vision, crafting a structure that promises longevity and acoustic comfort.
The project is completed with a natural PCS interior finish, providing a sleek surface ready to be painted and matched to the building's modern design. The IsoHemp blocks make the house eco-friendly and comfortable, fitting perfectly into the vibrant scene of London.
