This renovation of an old timber-frame farmhouse was carried out using hemp blocks to create a complete 15 cm thick internal envelope.
This bio-based solution not only improves thermal and acoustic insulation but also prevents potential condensation issues and degradation of the wooden framework, ensuring optimal moisture regulation and increased durability of the structure.
