Supported by the State within the framework of the State-Region Plan Contract, the rehabilitation works of the Haras of Annecy further realise the project of creating a place of culture and conviviality in the heart of the city.
Beyond the restoration of a heritage anchored in the landscape of Annecy, it will offer residents a privileged space to access the world of animated cinema.
An exemplary project.
The transformation of the haras, a listed heritage site, combines creativity, technical performance, and nuisance control. Mobilising high-level expertise, the construction site is placed under the sign of eco-responsibility and the application of the 'Building Well in Annecy' reference framework.
The choice of hemp blocks: respect for the old building and preservation of the walls, a low-carbon solution in line with the client's requirements. Traditional finishes possible.
