The construction progressed step by step: the concrete floor was poured in November 2023, the roof installed in March, the exterior plaster finished in April, and windows and doors fitted in May 2024. The final touch underway: a timber cladding to blend the house perfectly into its landscape.
Designed for both efficiency and aesthetics, the project includes post blocks and ring beams, along with planelles to integrate roller shutter boxes into the masonry. The result? A home with outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation, where the soft atmosphere already makes you forget the noise of the construction.
And since projects like this always bring a few good stories, we’re still wondering whether the brand-new bathroom didn’t secretly serve as a makeshift summer hideaway during the hottest days on site...
