In Perwez, the client was not simply looking to build. They wanted to prove that performance and living comfort can go hand in hand. With this objective in mind, IsoHemp hemp blocks were selected.
The Syst'Hemp Pro system was chosen using the 36 block, which already meets EPB requirements, combined with a 12 block to achieve passive building performance. The result: 48 cm external walls, 100% bio-based, that breathe, regulate and protect throughout the year.
Thermal and moisture regulation, acoustic insulation and long-term durability: this project illustrates what hemp blocks can achieve when ambition matches the quality of the materials.
