In Annezin, in the Pas-de-Calais, the construction of 30 collective dwellings across R+2 demonstrates the capacity of IsoHemp hemp blocks to establish themselves on large-scale collective projects.

Installed in accordance with the Syst'HEMP Pro system, IsoHemp hemp blocks provide the infill for the façades within a post-and-slab construction method. This system combines the robustness of a concrete structure with the thermal and acoustic performance of the hemp block, without requiring additional insulation. The material's natural moisture regulation guarantees optimal living comfort for future occupants, in all seasons.

Spread across several two-storey buildings, the 30 dwellings benefit from a high-performance envelope, modest in its implementation and durable over time. This project confirms the relevance of IsoHemp blocks for new collective construction combining technical requirements with quality of life.
