In Kintzheim, a house stands out for its traditional timber-framed architecture, thanks to a new construction carried out by Hubrecht Construction.
In 2023, this project came to life with a first layer of 9 cm blocks between the beams, followed by a 10 cm cavity filled with HL Mix plant-based insulating granules, and finally an interior lining in 12 cm hemp blocks.
The meticulously chosen finishes favour natural materials, with PCS used as interior plaster.
The exterior appearance pays tribute to the local architecture while benefiting from modern construction and insulation technologies. Behind every wall, the advantages of IsoHemp hemp blocks contribute to thermal and hydric regulation, as well as acoustic insulation, essential elements for optimal living comfort.
