This commercial hall construction project highlights an eco-friendly and local approach, incorporating both high-performance and durable materials. Designed to welcome a shop selling fresh produce from the adjacent farm, the building combines a metal structure with an insulating envelope made of 36 cm thick hemp blocks.

The hemp blocks were selected for their exceptional properties in thermal and moisture regulation, providing optimal living comfort throughout the year. Additionally, these blocks ensure superior acoustic insulation and fire resistance, while being 100% natural and bio-based.

The contractor supervised the installation of the hemp blocks, ensuring a perfect integration into the metal structure of the hall. This choice of materials illustrates a clear commitment to sustainability and environmental respect.

By using IsoHemp blocks, the project benefits from an effective solution for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation, while guaranteeing extended durability and reduced environmental impact.
